My name is Jason Carlton, and I am Licensed Massage Therapist through the Virginia board of Nursing. Having worked in chiropractic offices and massage clinics since 2010, I've had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients and patients each year.

Over the years I've worked with clients of all kinds. From triathletes and travelers, to people recovering from surgery or the work week. I'm experienced in treating headaches, chronic tension, hip and low back pain, range-of-motion issues, and stress. I utilize a variety of modalities including deep tissue, trigger-point therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, PNF, and Swedish relaxation.

This profession brings together my passions for wellness, service, and making the world a better place. I am grateful for this opportunity.

In my spare time, I love hiking with my dog Shelby, learning, spending time with family and friends, dabbling in photography, and figuring out how to just slow down and have more spare time.
